Approved Examples & Submission Standards
Every submission must meet these requirements before it can be reviewed.
Approved
- • You demonstrating the exercise yourself
- • A consenting non-patient model (colleague, friend, family)
- • Clean background; clear full-body or relevant-region framing
- • Good lighting; steady camera; horizontal orientation preferred
- • 10–20 seconds in length
- • MP4 or MOV, up to 200 MB
- • Exercise performed slowly and clearly enough to teach from the video alone
Never accepted
- • Any actual patient, even with consent
- • Any clinical-care setting or treatment footage
- • Any PHI: names, faces of patients, MRNs, charts, room numbers
- • Hospital/clinic logos, badges, or signage in frame
- • Audio containing patient names, diagnoses, or clinical instructions to a patient
- • Minors (under 18), unless explicit guardian consent is provided in writing
- • Copyrighted music, video overlays, or third-party content

Recording requirements for paid submissions
- Solid, fitted athletic clothing required: charcoal top and black shorts. No logos.
- Avoid patterns, baggy clothing, and skin-tone clothing
- Matte light gray mat or plain light floor preferred
- No mirrors, windows behind the subject, pets, other people, clinic logos, charts, or identifying information
- Plain, uncluttered background preferred
- Tripod or stable, hands-free surface preferred. Video must be steady, not handheld.
- Full body or relevant body region must remain visible throughout the exercise
- Bright, even lighting preferred
- Videos that do not meet standards may be rejected or returned for resubmission
- Payment is issued only for accepted videos
