Contributor Agreement

By submitting videos to the ImagoRx Contributor Portal, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

1. The videos contain no patients and no Protected Health Information (PHI) of any kind.
2. The videos do not depict any patient-care encounter, treatment session, or clinical environment.
3. You are the person performing the exercise or you have obtained the express, informed consent of the non-patient adult model shown.
4. You own or have full rights to all content in the submission, including any audio and visual elements.
5. ImagoRx may store your submitted source videos in ImagoRx systems, including after review, approval, or import, for use in ImagoRx exercise/media workflows.
6. ImagoRx may review, edit, rewrite, reorganize, translate, and modify the AI-generated and human-edited exercise card content associated with your submission — including the title, purpose, setup and movement cues, key reminders, transcript-derived content, categorization, and related descriptions — to fit the ImagoRx exercise library and future ImagoRx media processing.
7. ImagoRx may retain submitted source videos for future ImagoRx exercise and media workflows, including future ImagoRx media processing pipelines and re-processing of previously submitted content.
8. ImagoRx may create derivative exercise and media content from your submitted videos, transcripts, and descriptions, and may combine, excerpt, adapt, or restructure that content as part of derivative exercise media.
9. You grant ImagoRx a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the submitted videos and their derivative exercise media in current and future ImagoRx exercise/media libraries and workflows, including future ImagoRx media processing.
10. Payment, if any, is at ImagoRx's discretion and is offered per approved submission.
11. You may request takedown of un-imported submissions at any time by contacting ImagoRx. Content that has already been imported or incorporated into derivative exercise media may continue to be used under the license above.

ImagoRx will review each submission and may reject any video for any reason. Acceptance of this agreement is required before any submission is created.
